TYPE OF CLASS AND FOR WHOM
The classes are for everyone – with or without previous yoga experience – no matter your age, height, weight or physical condition.
I adapt the tools and guide you to suit your personal characteristics and needs. You can gradually become autonomous and adapt your own practice.
SEQUENCE
The sessions follow a carefully designed sequence : entering the practice, warming up the body, postures and counter postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. A session can concentrate on a posture, a part of the body or a particular theme.
DURATION
Classes can last between 45 to 90 minutes depending on your need and availability.
REQUIRED EQUIPEMENT
A room with enough open-space to practice (e.g. a conference room where you can push chairs and tables on the side). The room has to be ready before class. A yoga mat and a small blanket for each practitioner.
